Steril Verona works in the industry of ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization serving manufacturers of medical devices, medical instruments and pharmaceutical packaging.

The process is carried out internally in the three sterilization plants (with a total size of about 17,000 sqm) located in the province of Verona.

Corus assisted Steril Verona shareholders in the reorganization of the corporate structure and the search for resources to support the growth plan. This involved the structuring of the transaction, negotiation and funding.
