The Reggiani family sold the majority of Reggiani Illuminazione to Nemo Lighting.

Reggiani Illuminazione, based in Sovico (Monza Brianza) since 1957, is a specialist in the lighting industry. The company develops and manufactures high-end LED lighting components and systems for retail and commercial applications, sold internationally through an extensive network of sales offices and distributors.

Nemo Lighting, founded in 1993 and based in Milan, is active in the decorative and architectural lighting industry (including its subsidiary Ilti Luce). It has two industrial plants, a commercial subsidiary in the United States and an international distribution network.

The deal enables Nemo Lighting and Reggiani Illuminazione to join forces, creating a market leader of major international players with a full range of lighting solutions in decorative and technical architectural lighting industry, a strong commercial presence in Italy, France, United Kingdom, United States, China and Middle East, and a distribution network covering more than 80 countries.

Corus Corporate Finance assisted Reggiani Illuminazione and the Reggiani family, as financial advisor, structuring the transaction (including reorganizing the company) and negotiating, in all the phases of the deal.
