Ezio Bruno, sole shareholder and CEO of Frandent Group, sold the majority stake to Burel Group.

Frandent Group, founded in 1977 in Osasco (Turin), operates in the design and manufacturing of agricultural machinery, such as power harrows, tedder spreaders and rotary rakes.

Burel is a French family group operating in the same sector, with the brands Sulky, Sky Agricolture and Prolog. The transaction was part of the “Farming Together” project, which aims to consolidate the presence of Burel Group in Europe.

Corus acted as financial advisor to Ezio Bruno, throughout the negotiation and in the implementation of the transaction.
