EB Neuro opened its shareholding to Hanix International.

With offices in Florence and Verona, EB Neuro was founded in 1997 as a company specializing in neurophysiology equipment for the Esaote Group. In 2010 the company was sold to a group of private entrepreneurs and in 2012 merged with Ates Medica Device. The main products, developed internally, are electromedical devices for the neurological and cardiological fields.

Hanix International is a Chinese company operating in the distribution of medical devices, with established business relations with EB Neuro prior to the acquisition.

The transaction enabled EB Neuro to strengthen its international presence, consolidating the cooperation with an important Chinese partner.

Corus assisted EB Neuro shareholders in the process throughout the transaction, including binding agreements with Hanix International.
