A new transaction has been completed in the waste management sector with the sale of Ditta Colombo Biagio by the founding family to Enrico Bassanetti, an entrepreneur in the sector and shareholder of the company Bassanetti.

Founded in 1985, Ditta Colombo Biagio is a well-established operator in the environmental services sector, specializing in the collection and transportation of municipal solid waste, mainly in the Lombardy region.

The transaction marks the beginning of a new phase of growth for Ditta Colombo Biagio, through consolidation and joint expansion with Bassanetti into new geographic areas, with significant operational and commercial synergies expected.

Livingstone acted as financial advisor to Colombo family, assisting them in identifying potential domestic investors, leading negotiations, and managing all phases of the sale of 100% of the Company’s share capital.
