The majority stake of Recycla was sold to Herambiente (Hera Group).

Recycla, based in Maniago (Pordenone), operates in the integrated cycle of solid and liquid industrial waste management (over 40,000 tons per year), through collection, storage and disposal services in three plants (Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna). The company has a turnover of around € 25m, with an operating margin of approx. 30%.

Hera Group is listed in the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and, through its subsidiary Herambiente, is the leading Italian operator in the treatment and recovery of waste.

The transaction is part of the Herambiente growth plan in the industrial waste treatment sector, in line with its commitment to the circular economy.
