Fondo Strategico Italiano entered the capital of Lynx Group with a minority stake (49.9%) and the entrepreneurs Matteo and Federico Moretti remained as majority shareholders.

Lynx is a system integrator specializing in the design and implementation of solutions supporting large companies in the utilities, banking, insurance and public administration sectors. Lynx has a turnover of about € 50m, a gross operating margin of 20% and employs about 600 people in Italy.

A significant part of the investment by Fondo Strategico Italiano took the form of a capital increase, in order to finance the growth plan of Lynx Group both organically and through M&A, aiming to create a leading Italian player in the digital sector with € 500m turnover.
