The Beghini family sold 100% of Ecologica Tredi to Itelyum.

Ecologica Tredi, based in Legnago (VR), is a specialist in the treatment, recovery and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste, with a consolidated expertise in the recycling of oil filters and metal packaging, as well as in the waste disposal to waste-to-energy plants. The company has a turnover of about € 10m with a Ebitda margin of 30%.

Itelyum is a group specialized in the management, recycling and valorisation of industrial waste, controlled by the financial investors Stirling Square and DBAG. Through this acquisition, Itelyum expands its offer by leveraging  synergies with other companies in the group and increasing both its waste recovery capacity and its presence in Northern Italy.
